Privacy Policy

• Email address — when you generate a Diet AI meal plan, so we can deliver the PDF.
• Diet form inputs — age, sex, height, weight, goal, dietary preferences, and allergies you enter. Used only to generate your plan.
• Payment metadata — for paid plans, Stripe stores your card details. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser, referring page) for reliability and abuse prevention.

We use cookies for the following purposes:

• Essential — session and authentication cookies so the admin panel and checkout work.
• Payments — Stripe sets cookies during checkout to prevent fraud.
• Advertising (Diet AI free tier only) — Google AdSense sets cookies to display and measure ads on the free-plan ad gate. You can opt out at Google Ad Settings.

We rely on the following processors. Each has its own privacy policy which governs the data they handle on our behalf.

• Supabase — database, authentication, file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing for paid Diet AI plans.
• Anthropic (Claude) — generates the meal-plan text from your inputs. Your inputs are sent to the model as prompts and are not used to train Anthropic's models.
• Google AdSense — serves ads on the free Diet AI tier only. Not loaded on any other page.
• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.

• Diet plan records (email + inputs + tier) are kept indefinitely so we can enforce the free-tier rate limit and support you.
• Generated PDFs are stored for 7 days, then deleted.
• You can email us to request deletion of your records at any time.

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your data. Email hello@fikra.example and we will respond within 30 days.

FIKRA and the Diet AI tool are not intended for anyone under 18. Do not use the site if you are under 18.

We may update this page. Material changes will be posted at the top with a new "Last updated" date.
